Eleven Marines, one Navy corpsman and one soldier
died on August 26, 2021. My heart breaks for the 13 families that lost loved ones. 13 doorbells rang that day. Flags were draped across the coffins as respects were paid. When our country needed them, they stepped up and answered the call. Now only silence is heard when each name is called out for roll call. They didn’t hesitate as they went off to war. Each of them was brave down to their core. God needed 13 true American Hero’s, and no one else would suffice. They marched up to heaven with each step precise. They were handpicked by God for a much bigger mission. God needed the very best to hold this position. Flags were lowered as a beautiful Eagle flew above the trees. Taps was played as the notes drifted in the breeze. You fought for the freedom for our great nation. I Thank each of you for your dedication. From the depths of my soul, I thank you for defending America coast to coast. You were a brave American Hero, when we needed one the most.
