Mammograms are Important

Make your mammogram appointment every year. Being told you don’t have cancer is a reason to cheer. If something is wrong, you want to find out before it’s too late. I do hope your test results are always great. I wanted to hug the technician when it was over and done. I’m not going to lie and say it’s fun. I’m not sure why they tell us to hold your breath when they do. When the machine was clamping down tight, I couldn’t have breathed if I wanted too.
